3 cups Flour
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Dry Yeast
3 tbsp (approx 50 gm) Cheddar Cheese
3 tbsp (approx 50 gm) Mozzarella Cheese
4 tbsp+ Dalda
Salt to taste
1) Sift flour, and mix all ingredients together.
2) Using warm water, knead the blend for 10-15 minutes until you have smooth dough. Keep it in a warm setting for 10-15 minutes.
3) Knead dough. Make donuts, cover and keep in a warm setting for 10-15 minutes.
