  1. 400 gms Prawns
For the coating
  1. 2.5 gms Turmeric powder
  2. 2.5 gms Yellow chilli powder
  3. 2.5 gms Cumin powder
  4. 5 ml Lemon juice
  5. 2 gms Ajwain powder
  6. 5 gms Garam masala powder
  7. 2.5 gms Fenugreek powder
  8. 2 gms Red chilli powder
  9. 10 gms Oil
  10. 15 ml Water
  11. 2 gms Chaat masala
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 30 gms Butter
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    Slit and devein the prawns. Wash and pat dr
  • STEP 2

    Marinate the prawns in turmeric powder, red & yellow chilli powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, ajwain, fenugreek powde
  • STEP 3

    Leave for 15 min
  • STEP 4

    In a pan heat the butter and add the marinated prawns, add the water. Cover with lid and cook for 3-4 mins till don
  • STEP 5

    Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve.
