Ingredients Checklist
  1. 1/2 cup flour
  2. 3/4 cup Water
  3. 5 tbsp plain flour
  4. 1 cup Milk
  5. 2 cups cooked rice
  6. 1 cup boiled sweet corn
  7. 3 tbsp finely chopped and boiled spinach
  8. 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  9. 3 finely chopped green chillies
  10. 2 tbsp grated processed cheese bread crumbs for coating
  11. to taste salt
  12. Dalda® Oil
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    To begin with, heat Dalda® oil in a pan and to it add the flour, milk and stir continuously and cook till the sauce is thick.
  • STEP 2

    Remove from the flame and keep aside.
  • STEP 3

    Now in a bowl mix well the rice, sweet corn, spinach, coriander, green chillies, cheese and salt.
  • STEP 4

    Then divide the mixture into equal parts and dip the balls in the batter and evenly roll them in the breadcrumb and deep-fry in Dalda® oil until golden brown and crisp.
  • STEP 5

    When ready, serve hot.
