Ingredients Checklist
  1. 350 gms Fish
  2. 2.5 gms Turmeric powder
  3. to taste Salt
  4. 25 gms Coconut fresh- grated
  5. 5 gms red chilli
  6. 2.5 gms coriander seeds
  7. 2.5 gms cumin seeds
  8. 20 gms raw mango
  9. 15 ml Coconut oil
  10. 3 gms curry leaves
  11. 20 gms shallots
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    Cut the fish into cubes.
  • STEP 2

    Rub with salt and turmeric powder and set aside.
  • STEP 3

    Grind all the masala ingredients into a fine paste using a little water.
  • STEP 4

    In a pan cook the ground masala till the raw flavor disappears. Add the fish and stir.
  • STEP 5

    Add 1 cup of water. Add salt and cook the fish.
  • STEP 6

    Temper with curry leaves and shallots roated in the coconut oil.
