Ingredients Checklist
  1. 600 gms chicken
  2. 15 gms garlic paste
  3. 15 gms ginger paste
  4. 15 gms garam masala
  5. 75 gms Brown onion paste
  6. 40 gms Cashew nut paste
  7. 150 gms yoghurt
  8. 50 gms tomato puree
  9. 2.5 gms cardamon powder
  10. 2.5 gms tumeric powder
  11. 5 gms red chilli powder
  12. 5 gms coriander powder
  13. 10 ml Kewra water
  14. 125 gms Ghee
  15. Salt to taste
  16. 2 nos boiled eggs
  17. 5 gms ginger
  18. 10 gms lemon juice
  19. 2.5 gms coriander leaves
  20. 10 ml cream
  21. 5 gms butter
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    Heat the ghee. Add ginger- garlic paste, garam masala and saute.
  • STEP 2

    Add the chicken pieces, salt and fry.
  • STEP 3

    Add the yogurt, brown onion paste, cashew nut paste, turmeric powder, tomato puree, coriander powder, red chilli powder and cook.
  • STEP 4

    Add little water and cover the vessel with a silver foil and put in dum with live coal under the vessel till the chicken is cooked.
  • STEP 5

    Finish the curry with garam masala, cardamon powder, mace powder, kewra water, lemon juice and cream.
  • STEP 6

    Garnish with boiled eggs and tomato wedges.
  • STEP 7

    Toss the coriander leaves in butter and sprinkle on top.
