Ingredients Checklist
  1. 1 cup Kabuli chanas soaked overnight
  2. 1 chopped green chilly
  3. 1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
  4. 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
  5. 1/2 cup grated cabbage
  6. 1 cup grated carrot
  7. 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
  8. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  9. to taste Salt
  10. Dalda® Oil
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    To begin with, grind the Chickpea, green chillies and mint leaves in a mixer to a make coarse paste without using water.
  • STEP 2

    Then combine the remaining ingredients along with the kabuli chana mixture in a bowl and mix well.
  • STEP 3

    Divide the mixture into equal portions.
  • STEP 4

    Then brush a griddle with little Dalda® oil and cook the tikkis until golden brown.
  • STEP 5

    Serve with a sauce of your own choice.
