Preparation Mode
STEP 1
To begin with, mix together the besan, rice flour, onion, salt, red chilly powder, ajwain, cumin, and hing and add this enough water to make a thick batter.
STEP 2
To this add the methi leaves.
STEP 3
Then using a tablespoon, add spoonfuls of the pakoda batter into hot Dalda® oil and fry until golden brown.
STEP 4
When ready, serve hot with tomato with ketchup or mint chutney.
