Ingredients Checklist
  1. 30 gms Red Chilly Chilly Paste
  2. 15 gms Garlic Fresh
  3. To Taste Salt
  4. 5 gms Black Salt
  5. 25 gms Curry Powder
  6. 15 gms Lemon Juice
  7. 50 gm Hung Curd
  8. 25 ml Mustard Oil
  9. 15 gms Fresh Oregano
  10. 180 gms Chicken Breast Boneless
  11. 30 gms Red Pepper
  12. 30 gms Broccoli

For the chilli mayo

  1. 50 gms Mayonnaise
  2. 15 gms Green Chilli
  3. 20 ml Condensed Milk
  4. 15 gms Gherkins
  5. To taste Salt
  6. To taste White Pepper
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    For the marination
  • STEP 2

    Mix the red chilly paste, chopped garlic, salt, black salt, curry powder, mustard oil, lemon juice.
  • STEP 3

    Cube the chicken breast.
  • STEP 4

    To the hung curd add the freshly chopped oregano and the other ingredients mentioned above .
  • STEP 5

    To this add the cubed chicken breast.
  • STEP 6

    Mix well. And let it marinate for an hour.
  • STEP 7

    For the chilli mayo
  • STEP 8

    To the mayonnaise add the chopped green chilli, chopped gherkins.
  • STEP 9

    Add the condensed milk. Mix well.
  • STEP 10

    Season with salt and pepper.
  • STEP 11

    Cute the pepper into cubes.
  • STEP 12

    Make broccoli florets. Blanch in boiling water for a minute. Strain and put in cold water for a few minutes then strain.
  • STEP 13

    In a satay stick add the marinated chicken cubes, Red pepper and broccoli.
  • STEP 14

    In a pan heat oil. Cook for 5 mins.
  • STEP 15

    Serve hot with the Chilli mayo.
