Ingredients Checklist
  1. 500 gms Chicken fingers
  2. 1 cup Coconut cream
  3. 200 ml Pineapple juice
  4. 2 tsp White pepper
  5. 2 Eggs
  6. 1 cup Flour
  7. 1 tsp Paprika
  8. 1 cup Dry coconut powder
  9. to taste Salt
  10. Dalda® Oil
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    To begin with, marinate the chicken in coconut, pineapple juice, salt, pepper.
  • STEP 2

    Then in another bowl add flour, eggs and mix well.
  • STEP 3

    Dip the Chicken fingers in the flour and egg mix, then in the dry coconut and deep fry in Dalda® oil until they are golden brown in color.
