Ingredients Checklist
  1. 250 grams Mutton mince
  2. 100 grams Processed cheese
  3. 15 to 20 Almonds
  4. 2 tbsp Raisins
  5. 8 cloves Garlic
  6. ¼ tsp Cinnamon powder
  7. 1 Beaten Egg
  8. ½ cup Bread crumbs
  9. 2 tbsp Milk
  10. Dalda® oil
  11. to taste Salt
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    To begin with, grind the almonds and garlic cloves.
  • STEP 2

    Then to this add the minced mutton, salt and cinnamon powder and blend well.
  • STEP 3

    To this, add the egg, processed cheese and raisins and process for some more time.
  • STEP 4

    Then mix the bread crumbs and milk together in another bowl and add the minced meat to it.
  • STEP 5

    Then divide the mutton mixture into equal parts and fry in Dalda® oil until both sides are crispy and golden.
