Ingredients Checklist
  1. 150 gms Prawns
  2. 2 leaves Kaffir Lime Leaves
  3. 15 gms Garlic Paste
  4. to taste Salt
  5. to taste Crushed Pepper
  6. 10 gms Chopped Coriander
  7. 20 gms Sliced Onion
  8. 10 gms Chopped Garlic
  9. 10 ml Fresh lime juice
  10. 50 gms Red Chilli Paste
Preparation Mode
  • STEP 1

    Devein and clean the prawns.
  • STEP 2

    marinate them with garlic paste and lemon grass stalks.
  • STEP 3

    In a pan add oil, onion and chopped garlic, saute well.
  • STEP 4

    Add red chilly paste and saute for a couple of minutes.
  • STEP 5

    Stir fry the prawns in the pan with the above, adding the kaffir lime leaves.
  • STEP 6

    Adjust seasoning and finish by adding lemon juice and coriander.
  • STEP 7

    Plate the prawns and garnish with a lemon wedge and coriander sprig.
