FOR COOKIE DOUGH:
½ cup (120 ml) Trans Fat Free Dalda Vanaspati
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp cardamom powder
¾ cup (80 gm) powdered sugar
1 cup (155 gm) maida
¾ cup (90 gm) besan
2 tbsp (20 gm) suji
Salt according to taste
2 tbsp milk
Preparation Mode
STEP 1
Take ½ cup of Trans Fat Free Dalda Vanaspati.
STEP 2
Add ¾ cup powdered sugar and whisk.
STEP 3
Add 1 cup maida, ¾ cup besan, 2 tbsp suji.
STEP 4
Add a pinch of salt, ½ tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp cardamom powder.
STEP 5
Add 2 tbsp milk and mix.
STEP 6
To make it in a pressure cooker, add salt
STEP 7
Place a plate above it.
STEP 8
Heat for 5 minutes.
STEP 9
Now, pinch a ball sized dough and roll.
STEP 10
Put the cookie dough over the plate.

Put cashew nuts in it.

Put a lid on and cook on a medium flame for 15 minutes.
